Our training program is led by a team of exercise physiologists, exercise scientists and movement coaches all with a strong understanding of movement. Each trainer has completed a university degree in exercise and sports science with specific training to prescribe exercise therapy for a diverse range of clientele.

Justin Lang

Justin has over 20 years experiencing working as a trainer.  Justin provides the philosophical underpinning of the Live Athletic approach to training and oversees the programming of all clients in our program.

Education: B.App.Sci (Sport & Exercise Science)

Accredited Exercise Physiologist, MESSA AEP

Sport/Hobbies: Jiu jitsu, gymnastics strength training, calisthenics, barbell strength training

Specialisations: Sports injury rehabilitation, high performance training.


Georgia devine

Georgia Devine is a quietly spoken individual with very strong beliefs and values regarding health, wellbeing and athletic performance. Georgia competed as a level 10 gymnast for 5 years and uses her experience with training and injury to bring an empathetic approach to the treatment process. Georgia is passionate about adopting a holistic approach to rehabilitation and having a truly meaningful effect on those whose lives are affected by all kinds of health conditions, injuries and illnesses.
