HIGH PERFORMANCE PROGRAM
Are you an athlete competing at or aspiring to representative, state, national, international, Olympic or professional competition?
We have a limited number of places in our high performance training program. This program is led by a team of exercise physiologists, exercise scientists and sport scientists delivering a direct pathway to elite level performance for athletes located in Sydney.
You will have weekly access to:
- Individualised strength sessions
- Stretch and mobility sessions
- Speed and agility sessions
- Conditioning sessions
- Individual load monitoring for injury prevention
- Evidence based ACL prevention program
Location: 350m2 training facility located in Caringbah, Sydney.
Our high perforamcne program is the most comprehensive private training program in Sydney giving athletes the opportunity to train like a professional. Athletes in this program complete anywhere from 4-10 sessions each week.
Live Athletic provides subsidised program for athletes competing at representative, State, National, International or Professional level. Cassie Staples - Rugby 7s
In November 2016 one of my athletes Cassie Staples rang me and said 'I want to play footy can you help me'. Cassie had played netball her whole life and had been playing at Premier League level which is basically 2 levels below the national league. 12 weeks later, on the 21st January 2017, Cassie represented Australia in a developmental team at the Darwin 7s.
People now tell me that she is particularly talented and that this is an exception. Talent didn't make this happen. Moving to Sydney from Batemans Bay as a 19 year old, training hard for 5 years, eating the right foods, paying her own gym fees, progressing in her work career, having the self belief made this happen.
