Our Approach (The "Live Athletic" Way)
Our programs are built on three key pillars:
✅ Assessment-Led Training: Every athlete starts with a movement screen, performance testing, and (where needed) isokinetic muscle testing.
✅ Individualised Program Design: Every athlete has a specific and individiually tailored program. Your training matches your sport, position, and goals.
✅ Progressive Overload + Sport-Specific Skill Transfer: From strength blocks to speed drills, everything has purpose.Train shoulder to shoulder with like-minded athletes in a world class high-performance facility in your own backyard.
Training Schedule & Program Options
Programs Offered:
- Supervised gym floor training times from 5am-11am and 3pm to 7pm each day 
- Book training times to suit the athlete and/or the athletes parents 
- Senior and youth sprint training Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 615am 
- Grass running conditioning sessions and running rehab programs 
- Ergometer conditioning sessions for extra fitness and injured athletes 
Testing & Technology
Live Athletic is the leading high performance training centre in Australia with athletes having access to cutting edge testing and ytraining technology.
- Isokinetic testing (quad/hamstring balance, torque curves)
