Our programs are built on three key pillars:
✅ Assessment-Led Training: Every athlete starts with a movement screen, performance testing, and (where needed) isokinetic muscle testing.
✅ Individualised Program Design: Every athlete has a specific and individiually tailored program. Your training matches your sport, position, and goals.
✅ Progressive Overload + Sport-Specific Skill Transfer: From strength blocks to speed drills, everything has purpose.Train shoulder to shoulder with like-minded athletes in a world class high-performance facility in your own backyard.
Training Schedule & Program Options
Programs Offered:
Supervised gym floor training times from 5am-11am and 3pm to 7pm each day
Book training times to suit the athlete and/or the athletes parents
Senior and youth sprint training Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 615am
Grass running conditioning sessions and running rehab programs
Ergometer conditioning sessions for extra fitness and injured athletes
