Whether you're looking to enhance your fitness, improve posture and core strength, or support your recovery from injury, Reformer Pilates offers a dynamic, low-impact workout tailored to your individual needs.
Under the guidance of our experienced instructors, you'll build strength, flexibility, and control—all while protecting your joints and promoting long-term mobility. Reformer Pilates is ideal for both those on a rehabilitation journey and anyone seeking a challenging, full-body workout that tones, lengthens, and aligns.
With a maximum of four participants per class, you'll receive the close supervision and support needed to move safely and effectively—no matter your starting point.
CLinical PIlates
Our 1-on-1 and 2-on-1 Clinical Pilates sessions are designed for those who need more than just a workout—they need a plan. Unlike general Pilates classes, Clinical Pilates combines evidence-based rehabilitation principles with the benefits of Pilates and strength training to create a truly individualised program tailored to your body, your goals, and your journey.
Whether you're recovering from injury, managing a chronic condition, an athlete seeking performance gains, or someone who feels unsure or hesitant in a group setting, Clinical Pilates offers the structure, support, and professional oversight you need.
Sessions may incorporate a mix of Reformer and Mat Pilates, as well as traditional strength and mobility exercises to ensure a well-rounded, progressive approach to your health and movement goals.
With a strong clinical foundation and a focus on functional outcomes, Clinical Pilates helps you move with confidence, build resilience, and return to doing what you love—stronger than before.
Clinical pilate sessions are $120 per session (45 minutes) and are run by our Execise Physiologist Taylor.
Mat Pilates
Our Mat Pilates classes take the foundations of traditional Pilates and elevate them with a strength-based, high-intensity approach designed to challenge your entire body. Set in a fun and energising large-group environment, these classes are perfect for those looking to build core strength, improve flexibility, and boost overall fitness—all while staying true to the principles of controlled, mindful movement.
Expect dynamic, full-body workouts that blend classical Pilates techniques with functional strength training elements—no machines required. Using just your bodyweight (and the occasional prop), you'll improve posture, enhance muscle tone, and develop a deeper connection to how your body moves.
Whether you're cross-training, returning to fitness, or just love a good sweat, Mat Pilates offers a powerful, low-impact option that builds resilience and keeps your body moving at its best.
